Mini "Grand Design" Home Extension, South Norfolk.

This project was actually built for one of Evolves Directors - Mark Ebbage.

Planning permission was already in place to allow for a significant increase in square footage. We spent long periods drawing out ideas, working through material options, and ensuring that the end result was going to match Mark's imagination.

The entire team loved the creative freedom experienced throughout this home extension project, and we're particularly proud of the result.

Civil Engineering for Norwich City Football Club

On this project we were responsible to the Financial Director of Norwich City Football Club for the construction of a double enclosure sub station.

This project allowed us to demonstrate our skills as civil engineering builders. Being within 50 feet of a substantial river, subsidence was a major consideration while preparing the foundations. In addition to the subsidence risk, we discovered upon excavation that the soil was littered with the discarded remains of old buildings and materials.

Our solution was a practical application of the Engineer's designs. We ensured structural stability by constructing a reinforced raft foundation.

This is an exciting project which is currently ongoing for a local property developer.
